This bird spotting charitable organisation first approached us in 2001. We have built three websites for them over the years and this latest one uses a content management system to enable volunteers to keep the site up to date.
Features include photo galleries, an automated events programme system and a news release area. All functions are controlled in an administration area and different RSPB members have different levels of access according to their job function.
The group run bird spotting outings in summer and talks in the winter. The website's event management system automatically shows the next events on the home page and displays event reports when members have updated the site after each event.
As with all our clients, we are on hand to help out with website updates which members cannot do themselves - we're always happy to help.
The website continues to be a great resource for group members and bird fans in general, especially the popular gallery area which has images dating back to 2006.
